How To Return/Exchange an Item

1.Conditions: We cannot accept returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue (e.g., damage, or other problems).

2.If the product you receive is defective or differs from your order, please contact us via email [email protected] within 7 working days of receiving the product. Attach your order number, a description of the problem with the item and photos, let us know of your return or exchange.

3.You will get an effective return address via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without address is provided.

4.Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.

5.Drop off your package at your return courier’s station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

6.Allow up to 30 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at email to follow up on your request.

7.Refund or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

8.All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement, because it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Once production sented, the orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Notice:

1.Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items.

2.In addition the customer may be liable for customs charges on the returned items, which will be incurred when the returned items arrive at customs.
